PEELING
a beautiful women doing facial care

Microdermabrasion is a mechanical peel that gently eliminates dead cells from the skin's surface, stimulates cellular renewal, reduces post-acne scarring and fine lines, and reveals a brighter, more even complexion. This treatment is particularly suited for thick, resilient skin that is not sensitive and seeks to improve texture, radiance, and uniformity.

We use the next-generation Verstand device, which allows for precise control of suction intensity for a safe and comfortable treatment. It exfoliates the epidermis while aspirating impurities and residue, promoting better absorption of skincare products applied after the session, which typically lasts 20 to 40 minutes.

Microdermabrasion smoothes the skin, reduces the appearance of pores, diminishes mild pigmentation spots and superficial acne scars, while delivering an "instant glow" effect. It can be combined with hydrating, anti-aging, or anti-acne treatments to maximize results.

This treatment is not recommended in cases of inflammatory acne, severe rosacea, very sensitive skin, open wounds, sunburn, or after recent treatment with isotretinoin.

Information
Price: $110
Duration: 75 minutes
Skin reaction: Mild redness or slight flaking
Recovery: None
Recommended frequency: Every 2 to 4 weeks

The microdermabrasion treatment is suitable for anyone looking to improve their skin's texture and radiance. It is ideal for:

  • Dull or tired-looking skin
  • Enlarged pores
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Superficial acne scars
  • Mild pigmentation spots
  • Fine lines and early signs of aging

The frequency depends on your skin and the treatment goal. Generally, we recommend an initial protocol of 2 to 6 sessions spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart to observe visible results. After the initial course, regular maintenance (typically every 1 to 3 months) helps to preserve the complexion's radiance and smoothness.

After microdermabrasion, the skin is more sensitive and requires a few precautions to optimize results:

  • Avoid all sun exposure for 48–72 hours
Use an SPF 30+ sunscreen daily.
  • No intense heat for 24–48 hours
(sauna, steam room, intense exercise, very hot showers).
  • No heavy makeup for 24 hours
    If necessary, use a non-comedogenic, mineral-based product.
  • No exfoliants for 5–7 days
(acids, retinol, scrubs, brushes, at-home peels).
  • Boosted hydration
Use a soothing, hydrating cream to support the skin's barrier.
  • Avoid irritating products for 48–72 hours
(AHA/BHA acids, retinol, strong vitamin C, fragrances, alcohol).
  • Do not touch or scratch the skin
Even if it may be slightly dry or pink.

Microdermabrasion delivers visible results from the very first session: smoother, softer skin, a brighter and more even complexion, noticeably refined pores, as well as a progressive improvement in mild discoloration, superficial scarring, and fine lines. The benefits intensify with each session, especially when paired with an appropriate skincare routine.

The treatment is generally comfortable and non-painful. Clients often describe a mild scratching or exfoliation sensation, a feeling of gentle, light abrasion on the skin, as well as a sense of coolness or slight tightness during the procedure.

  • Gentle Cleansing: Use a non-abrasive cleanser morning and night.
  • Hydration: Apply a soothing, hydrating cream daily.
  • Sun Protection: Essential every day, SPF 30+.
  • Exfoliants: Resume AHA/BHA/retinol only after 5–7 days.
  • Targeted Serums: Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, or niacinamide as needed.
  • Avoid Irritants: Fragrances, alcohol, overly active products for the first few days.
